The main essence of life is perfect balance and harmony. The good balances the bad, the night balances the day and so on. Life is a balance between letting go and holding on. Most of the times these happen. It’s natural that when you become tired of holding on you tend to let go. And when you let go all the energy that was drained while holding on starts to replenish. Letting go helps you to be distinct and helps you pursue things that matter. The act of releasing is powerful it and it leads to healing.
Everything in life is about balance and maintaining that balance is not always easy. We must hold on to ourselves and our values. We must stick to things that make us feel good inside. We must read books and articles that motivate and inspire us with hope. We must let go our past. Learn from our mistakes and keep moving. We should try and hold on to positive influences and let go unhealthy relationships. When we let go we gain freedom and freedom is the only condition for happiness.
Life is an endless cycle the pain of loss is real. Nobody cries for something they do not love. Nobody feels empty when they lose something. It is a must that we should recognize all that is valuable and precious. We must hold on to dreams that are genuine and that represent the person you are. If we let go a dream it doesn’t mean you have failed to reach it. It means you are going in pursuit of more meaningful and mature goals in your life. None of us are perfect in the eyes of others. When we let go without regret and hold on with gratitude a life of balance and peace starts. If something hurts you it’s better to let it go. Life weaves the balance of gain and loss and from this gain and loss, we get a chance to learn something.
